I’ve submitted my rental cart, what’s next?

  1. AN ORCHID HOUSE PROFESSIONAL WILL CONTACT TO YOU
    Once your rental cart wishlist is received we will double check for item availability. Orchid House will reach out to you to confirm your details and provide you with a quote within one business day. The quote will be emailed to you for you to review. If you have any questions, just reply to the email and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours!

    *Please kindly note that a submission of a rental cart wishlist does NOT guarantee your rental in any form or fashion. A rental is only confirmed once the rental agreement and T&Cs are signed, and deposit is paid. See below.

  2. REVIEW T&CS AND RESERVE YOUR ITEMS
    Once you are happy with your order and quote, approve your quote through our online system. Once the contract is pulled and the required deposit is paid, your reservation is confirmed. Then your items will be pulled and prepped for your big day! At this point, please take moment to review our payment and cancellation policies.

  • A: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. For popular dates and peak seasons, it’s advisable to reserve at least a few months in advance. Please keep in mind we partner with many venues & locations in Pasco County.

  • Yes, we provide convenient delivery and professional setup services to ensure your event rental products are properly installed and ready for use. Delivery fees may apply based on the location and complexity of the setup.

  • Orchid House delivery areas include Dade City, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, Ridge Manor, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Odessa, Plant City, Seffner, Thonotosassa, and surrounding areas. Delivery & set up fees vary by location and will be established when a member of our team reaches out to you after submitting your wishlist.
